As my finger is broken and climbing is off the table for now, I thought it would be good to share a variation of my mobility routine that I use as a part of my weekly climbing routine. I cannot stress how important Mobility is to climbing efficiently and effectively on the wall and the gains that you can make from being flexible and able to move through a variety of positions can make the difference between success or failure on your projects!
