Bruce Tremper is a native of Montana and has lived in Salt Lake City where where he has been the Director of the Utah Avalanche Center for nearly three decades. He is one of the world’s top avalanche experts, the author of two books on avalanches and has one of the largest collections of avalanche photographs in the world.
