We are excited to introduce you to Tatiana Butte, a Leadership Program graduate and Outdoor Equity Advocate at Outdoor Outreach. Tatiana is an amazing young leader who is sharing the transformative power of the outdoors with youth from her local communities, and working to ensure equitable access to the outdoors for future generations.

Tatiana is also featured in our full-length “Resilience” film along with Lesford Duncan. #EveryoneOutside is an Outbound Collective initiative focused on creating a more inclusive and culturally diverse outdoor community by elevating the profiles, work, and stories of traditionally marginalized leaders and athletes.
