Along the shores of the Faroe Islands, temperate winds usher in perfect swells. Kat Bernstein is one of the two surfers on the islands. She grew up learning that the waters were a place for fishing and working. But now, she sees them as vast opportunities to play and be part of a young community building new outdoor culture.
