Company Profile Posting Requirements

Company Profiles

You are required to purchase an individual Company Profile for each individual company that you wish to list on OutdoorEd.com. All Company Profiles are reviewed and must be approved for our editorial standards before they are published. We reserve the right to turn off a Company Profile if future edits to the profile violate our editorial standards. There are no refunds for Company Profiles which are removed from publication due to violation of our editorial standards. The Company Profile may be reneabled if it is edited to conform to our editorial standards.

Job Postings

You may post and edit Jobs any time during your subscription period including unpublishing them if the position has been filled or is no longer available. We reserve the right to turn off a Job Posting if it violates our editorial standards. There are no refunds for Job Postings which are removed from publication due to violation of our editorial standards. The Job Posting may be re-enabled if it is edited to conform to our editorial standards.

Training Listings

You may post and edit Trainings any time during your subscription period including unpublishing them if the Training is over or is no longer available. We reserve the right to turn off a Training Listing if it violates our editorial standards. There are no refunds for Training Listings which are removed from publication due to violation of our editorial standards. The Training Listing may be re-enabled if it is edited to conform to our editorial standards.

Editorial Standards

We define unacceptable content as anything included or linked that:

  • Uses terms or language that excludes or discriminates against any group or section of the community. Posts should be gender neutral and non-racist in tone, and show respect for people who are disabled, older, younger of from other language backgrounds.
  • Is used to abuse, harass, stalk or threaten a person(s).
  • Is libelous, defamatory, knowingly false or misrepresents another person or organization.
  • Infringes upon any copyright, trademark, trade secret or patent of any third party. (If you quote or excerpt someone’s content, it is your responsibility to provide proper attribution to the original author.   • Violates any obligation of confidentiality.
  • Violates the privacy, publicity, moral or any other right of any third party.
  • This list is not a comprehensive list and may be revised at any time.
