On June 28, 2017, Rachel Terrazas and some of her friends took to the waters of the Stanislaus River for an afternoon of fun. The day ended in tragedy when Rachel lost her life in a terrible accident. Rachel’s mother, Diana talks about the day and the need to practice water safety at all times.
