A Spring Season Residential Staff member works as part of a team of staff to deliver any and all of the Spring Extended Season Programs, including but not limited to: Group Camping; family camping; youth camps; school groups; and community outreach programs. The Extended Season staff will be actively involved in the implementation of all activities based on an interdisciplinary curriculum and other responsibilities of the program. Staff are responsible for the following: ensuring the health, welfare, care, and safety of all participants at all times; supervising and providing instruction on all assigned activities throughout the day; living with (as needed) and supervising campers in a cabin for week-long camps; leading and assisting in evening programs; acting as a positive role model for campers, students, parents, teachers, patrons, and the other staff members; upkeep of the facilities and equipment on a daily basis and maintaining them for safety, cleanliness, and presentability; being a positive and willing member of the staff, assisting in all programs; abiding by the Basic Staff requirements of Camp Sea Gull and Seafarer’s programs; abiding by the staff contract at all times; and any other assigned duties or expectations.

Dates for 2020 Spring Employment are March 24th- May 18th. Weekly stipend, room and board provided.
