We are creating a tripping culture at Camp Fitch with over 1,000 teens attending each summer ready for Adventure!

*Co-lead trips around PA, NC, and WV–climbing, white water rafting, hiking and more!

*Learn and/or develop your kayaking, climbing, and spelunking skills!

*Develop and lead staff for onsite (425 acres, Lake Erie access) overnight trips including sailing and SUP!

*Whether you are a seasoned tripping veteran or just have a passion for Adventure Trips we would love to have you on our team!

*Certified trainer on staff will teach you the “ropes” whether your a novice or a seasoned veteran.
