Windsor Mountain is an international summer camp located in Windsor, NH. We have an incredibly diverse staff hailing from different countries and cultures, and we are a home to campers from all over the world. Our staff teach the values of diversity, responsibility, and environmental stewardship, and the creative and original ideas of our counselors drive our programing. A summer at Windsor Mountain is life-changing for both campers and counselors, and our staff regularly look back on their experience at Windsor Mountain as one of the best of their lives.

We’re looking for wilderness trip leaders to join us this summer! As a trip leader, you and the rest of our tripping staff will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading three day overnight trips. Your trips will take you all over New England, and you’ll be responsible for the safety and fun of your group. Imagine camping, hiking, swimming, mountain biking and more in some of the most beautiful natural areas of New Hampshire and beyond! Work with incredible kids as both their mentor and guide. Enjoy the summer outdoors!

Requirements: 

– Must love kids.

– Previous experience leading trips and wilderness programs.

– WFR or WFA preferred.

– Be responsible and able to create fun.
