Rippleffect is a non-profit youth and community development organization, serving over 4,000 youth annually. We own Cow Island, a beautiful 26-acre eco-campus in Casco Bay, Maine, where we run many of our youth and adult programs. Overview of position: The Media Associate will be responsible for documenting (both video/photo) the Rippleffect experience through our various programs and producing specific program media. This media will be used to promote the work we are doing to empower youth in our community.
This position has these primary areas of responsibility:
Collect photo/video media
Curate, label and organize all collected media material
Develop media shorts for specific programs
Collect participant testimonials
Develop print media from collected testimonials/media
Qualifications include experience or high interest in:
Outdoor and multimedia content
Computers/Technology
Writing/Editing

Requirements:
Experience with photography and other multimedia platforms
Strong communication skills

Receive a biweekly stipend of $587 throughout the 10 week term throughout the 10 week term
