Department Overview and Job Summary:
The purpose of the Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist s to act as a liaison between Keystone Science School and our customers with a team of other Customer Experience employees. Streamline communications and processes and give our customers a seamless experience from start to finish. The Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for upholding the KSS brand in external communications with prospective and currently enrolled clients, which includes both English and Spanish speakers. This position usees phone, electronic chat features, and email to answer questions, comments, and concerns for participants and parents of our programs.
This position acts as a registrar and supports the collection of program payment and camper paperwork. Additoinally, Specialists support parent/client communcation throughout the year, which includes assiting with parent newsletters, social media, and other mediums of parent/client communication. This position will do parent check-in and could be called on to support program instructors as a substitute educator once or twice throughout the summer. Given the diverse population of our student body, all Customer Experience Specialists must be fluent Spanish speakers.

$17-19/hour plus a generous benefits package: medical, dental, vision, Paid Time Off, sick time, and paid holidays.
