Since 2004, kids and extended families in all their forms have journeyed on adventures with Trackers Earth and our Guides. This position is primarily for summer day and overnight camps but we do offer several 9-month and full-year positions based on seasonal performance.

Day Camps Be able to show up for work at day camps at any given West or East Portland site in the summer.
Overnight Camps Work at our residential overnight locations. Many are in but not limited to Sandy, Oregon.
From wilderness survival to fishing, from story camps to blacksmithing, the timeless Arts of Tracking define how we share these skills. Tracking develops incredible feats of observational awareness. Tracking maps lost puzzles and unseen connections. Tracking changes how we see the wilderness and our relationship with it. Through tracking, kids rediscover and remember their natural connection to family, what is wild, and multiple generations beyond their lifetime.
Compensation – Range depends on qualified certifications.
Leads: $18 – $20 per hour
Assistants: $16 – $18 per hour
Coordinators: $785 – $865 per week
