Mountain Alliance is seeking a talented and uniquely qualified individual to lead our non-profit organization in this next chapter as the Executive Director (ED). The ED will have overall responsibility for leading and driving this awesome youth serving organization and will report to the Board of Directors. A strong candidate will be an excellent communicator, motivated, organized, have strong interpersonal skills, and be comfortable engaging with both teenagers and community stakeholders alike. Passion for serving youth, experiential education and after-school programs are a must.
This is a full-time, year-round position that involves supervising programs across multiple counties. Some evening and weekend trips and on-call support may be required. Salary is competitive and depending on experience, with a benefits package.
