Hiring Outdoor Instructors for the Spring 2023 Season

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to provide the very best outdoor education experience to the students of Colorado! With the Rampart Range of the Rockies as your setting, you will have the opportunity to teach 5th & 6th-grade students in a variety of classes within the disciplines of science, outdoor education, and leadership development, as well as facilitate team building, high ropes, and zip lines. Instructors will also have the unique opportunity to mentor High School Lead Volunteers and be a part of a supportive, growth-minded team of educators.  We are looking for the best of the best to deliver academic content in a memorable fashion, positively lead young people, bring new ideas to continue developing the program, and be a part of a community that fosters growth. • Be at least 21 years old
• Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• CPR and First Aid Certified
