The Odin Falls Associate Program Director of Staff and Training (APD-S&T) works to maintain and expand programming capabilities and align course outcomes with the Outward Bound mission, through leadership and oversight of Oregon’s staff development and training systems. This position is located in Redmond, OR at the Odin Falls basecamp. Areas of responsibility include staff development and scheduling, course paperwork and supervision, training design, risk management and mission delivery. The APD-S&T serves on OSLT, works closely with other members of the NWOBS Admin Team, and directly supervises Odin Falls Course Directors (CD), Instructors and other staff as assigned. The APD-S&T reports directly to the Odin Falls Program Director (PD). The successful candidate will be expected to have past training and experience in equity, inclusion, and diversity work, ideally pertaining to youth education and partnerships with culturally specific organizations.
