Outdoor Ed Help Information
General Help
Problems Logging In
There are a few things to check if you have problems logging in to an Outdoor Ed
Web page.
1.
Make sure that you are using the correct User Name and Password. If you aren't
sure, email us.
2.
You need to have Session Cookies enabled in your browser in order to log in.
3. You need to enter the random Security Code from the image exactly,
as shown below.

4. You have Firewall Software running on your browser such as ZoneAlarm or Norton
Internet Security. Some Firewalls are configured to block the Session Cookies that
Outdoor Ed requires to handle your login. Go into your Firewall software and add
outdoored.com as a site. Then check to allow Session Cookies to
be enabled.
Here
is an example from ZoneAlarm. Go to the Privacy Section then click on the Site list.
Add outdoored.com in your privacy list and make sure that Session Cookies
are enabled.

Problems Sending Email
There are a few things to check if you have problems sending email from an Outdoor
Ed Web page.
1. You need to enter the random Security Code from the image exactly,
as shown below.
