&lt;p&gt;There isn't a lot of research so far on this topic though I know there is some out there. &amp;nbsp;If anyone has anything that pertains to this issue I would love to hear it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'm also interested in heteronormativity and the idea that OE encourages this in some places. &amp;nbsp;In case anyone is interested, I have posted a lot of my thoughts on this topic here:&lt;/p&gt;
